Book NowThe Villa Nikos is a two-storey stone-built residence with a swimming pool in the picturesque village of Zoniana in Rethymnon. It is a 120 m² residence with the ability to accommodate 6 + 1 people with comfort and luxury. It is 35 km from the famous beach of Bali, 43 km from Heraklion and 52 km from Rethymnon. The nearest airport is Nikos Kazantzakis in Heraklion at 44 km. The interior of the house will excite you with its high aesthetics and give you the feeling that you are in the comfort of your own home. On the ground floor there is an elegant open plan living room with comfortable sofas, fireplace, flat-screen Tv, and large windows for unobstructed views of the pool and the surrounding mountains, a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, oven and stovetop, a dishwasher and all kinds of serving and preparing your meals, that you will need during your stay, as well as a dining area to accommodate you and your loved ones. At the same level there is also a Wc and a bedroom with a big double bed.

We had a wonderful stay, completely exotic in this beautiful house. Everything was as described, and it was a lovely surprise to find our meal in the oven when we arrived, carefully prepared. The bed linens are of high quality, we slept very well, in a quiet area. The air conditioning in the bedrooms is a real advantage. We were pleasantly surprised when we saw goats and sheep belonging to the neighbors, up on the hills behind the house—an added bonus. We’ll keep very fond memories of our vacation.
We've had a wonderful stay at Nikos Faraggi Villa. After a long late night trip, we were welcomed by Manolis, him and his wife prepared a delicious dinner which was must needed as we were tired from the trip. The villa has many to offer as promised. Giorgos was also very responsive when we needed assistance. Highly recommend this place. Thank you all and we hope to be back for a next trip to Crete :)
A very nice, spacious villa. Beautiful pool and quiet location. Various restaurants and (small) supermarkets within walking distance.
We had an amazing time in Crete. The villa was perfect and everything was described exactly as it was. Manolis was brilliant from start to finish. He very kindly greeted us at the villa even though it was extremely late and we also arrived to a delicious freshly cooked meal which was such a special touch. The pool was cleaned every morning so it was kept lovely and clean. Anything we needed Manolis helped straight away! A car is essential as the villa is in the mountains and we went to visit the beaches and restaurants in neighbouring towns. I cannot recommend this villa more if you want peace & quiet with a beautiful surroundings.
